About Patinaty | Solid Brass Fixtures Made in Morocco

Patinaty makes kitchen and bathroom fixtures from solid brass, handcrafted by skilled artisans in Morocco. We focus on faucets, pot fillers, accessories and hardware with a classic look and a finish that is meant to be lived with, not hidden behind a coating.

Who We Are

Patinaty is an online store for homeowners, designers and contractors who want fixtures with real weight, traditional details and honest materials. Our name comes from patina, the natural color change that unlacquered brass develops as it is used. We think that slow change is part of what makes a brass fixture feel personal, and we build our collection around it.

Every piece we sell is listed with its finish, its type and its specifications on the product page, so you can plan your project with clear information. If something is not covered there, you can reach us directly and a real person will answer.

Handcrafted in Morocco

Morocco has a long tradition of metalwork, and our fixtures are made by artisans who work with brass every day. Bodies are formed from solid brass rather than plated over another metal, then finished by hand. Many pieces carry hand engraving or hammered textures, so small variations from one item to the next are expected and are a sign of handwork rather than a flaw.

You can read more about the process in our article How Handcrafted Brass Fixtures Are Made.

Our Finishes

Unlacquered Brass: our main finish. Bright gold when new, it gradually deepens into a warm, lived-in patina. Learn more in What Is Patina?
Antique Copper: a darkened, warm copper tone with a rustic, aged character.
Polished Nickel: a bright, soft silver finish that stays stable over time.

Our Brass Fixture Finishes Guide compares all three in detail.
