Description

This solid unlacquered brass cold water faucet is a dedicated drinking water tap for filtered or cold water, mounted beside your main kitchen faucet. An elegant gooseneck arch leaves plenty of clearance for filling cups and pitchers, and the Finial or Reed lever handle gives easy, precise flow control. The unlacquered brass develops a natural patina over time.

Its compact, deck-mounted profile pairs with Patinaty bridge faucets. Confirm hole spacing, supply connections and sink clearance before ordering.

Care instructions

Unlacquered brass is a living finish. It darkens and develops patina with use, and that is normal rather than a defect. How you care for it decides how fast that happens.

Everyday cleaning

Wipe with a soft microfiber cloth and mild soapy water.

Dry the faucet after use. Standing water and humidity speed up spotting.

Never use abrasive pads, scouring powders, bleach or harsh chemical cleaners. They scratch the surface permanently.

To keep the patina

Clean with soap and water only.

Avoid acidic products such as vinegar, lemon and limescale removers, which strip the aged tone back to bright brass.

To bring the shine back

Polish with a dedicated brass polish, or a paste of white vinegar and salt, then rinse and dry completely.

Repeat whenever the brass darkens more than you want. The patina will return on its own.

During renovation and in hard water

Wipe away splashes of plaster, grout, tile cleaner and drain products immediately.

In hard water areas, drying the spout and handles after use is the single best way to prevent mineral spotting.

Duties and Taxes (DDP)

Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All US import duties and taxes are prepaid by Patinaty, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Carriers

Orders ship by express courier, mainly DHL and FedEx.

Order Processing Times

The processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. This does not include the estimated shipping time.

  • Faucets, Shower Heads, Accessories: 1–2 business days
  • Shower Systems: 2–5 business days
  • Sinks: 3–8 business days
  • Bathtubs: 15–25 business days
  • Custom Orders: Processing time depends on the complexity of the customization requested and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.

If there is an unexpected delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you immediately via email.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include the processing time required to prepare your order.

  • USA & Canada: 3–8 business days

Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@patinaty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed return instructions and the necessary return address.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and uninstalled.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs (Crucial Transparency)

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for reasons such as buyer's remorse or if an incorrect size/finish was ordered.
  • Patinaty's Responsibility: If the item you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund and will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Timeline and Details

  1. Inspection: Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected for compliance with the return conditions.
  2. Processing: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1–3 business days following inspection.
  3. Credit Appearance: Refunds may take an additional 1–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider (bank or credit card company).

Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method. We do not offer cash or check refunds. For international returns, additional shipping fees or longer processing timelines may apply. Please contact us for details specific to your location.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of the original purchase time. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or manufacturing has begun, it cannot be canceled.
