Description

This solid unlacquered brass cylinder is a multi-purpose piece: use it as a seamless, open-top trash can, stand rolled bath towels in it beside a tub or vanity as a brass towel holder, or fill it with ice and set it on a bar cart as a beverage chiller. With no liner, lid or hardware to break its clean line, the living finish starts bright and settles into a warm, natural patina with use, so it blends into a bathroom, bedroom, dining room or home office rather than standing out from it. At 10" tall and 8" across it suits a vanity corner, a desk side, a dinner table or a powder room floor.

Care instructions

Wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap, then dry. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. Unlacquered brass is a living finish and will darken and mottle naturally with handling and humidity; this is expected and part of its character. To bring back the original brightness, use a brass polish and a soft cloth, or let the patina develop undisturbed.

Duties and Taxes (DDP)

Orders shipped to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All US import duties and taxes are prepaid by Patinaty, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Carriers

Orders ship by express courier, mainly DHL and FedEx.

Order Processing Times

The processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. This does not include the estimated shipping time.

  • Faucets, Shower Heads, Accessories: 1–2 business days
  • Shower Systems: 2–5 business days
  • Custom Orders: Processing time depends on the complexity of the customization requested and will be communicated to you upon order confirmation.

If there is an unexpected delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you immediately via email.

Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and do not include the processing time required to prepare your order.

  • USA & Canada: 3–8 business days
  • Europe: 2–5 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@patinaty.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with detailed return instructions and the necessary return address. Returns are sent back to us by mail.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Items must be new, unused and uninstalled.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included parts and documentation.
  • Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for reasons such as a change of mind or if an incorrect size or finish was ordered.
  • Patinaty's responsibility: If the item you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund and will cover the return shipping costs.
  • No restocking fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Refund Timeline and Details

  1. Inspection: Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected for compliance with the return conditions.
  2. Processing: A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 to 3 business days following inspection.
  3. Credit appearance: Refunds may take an additional 1 to 5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider (bank or credit card company).

Refunds are issued solely to the original payment method. We do not offer cash or check refunds. For international returns, additional shipping fees or longer processing timelines may apply. Please contact us for details specific to your location.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of the original purchase time. Once an order has been processed for fulfillment or manufacturing has begun, it cannot be canceled.
